Had my A/C system checked and ready for the summer at my house here in Milford. The 2 technicians, Sheldon and Luis, were prompt, personable and very knowledgeable. The checked the two systems in my house, upstairs and in the b asement. Replaced both filters, checkeed pressure settings and topped off any fluids needed. Very satified with the service. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you, Heritage.

Our AC conked out and the original repair man stated the compressor was dead. Started getting quotes and contacted Heritage. Great experience! Quote was reasonable and they sent someone out free of charge to see if they could get our unit up and running due to a pending heat wave. Sure enough, the compressor was not dead. We still have an older system that needs to be replaced, but this bides us some time. Definitely considering using them for our upgrade.

In today’s world it’s hard to get an appointment for anything in a timely manner. I talked to them about 5:00 pm. I was given an appointment for next day between 1-3 . Andrew came right on time, very pleasant! With a smile! I explained what I did, he understood, and took charge. With in a hr AC was humming along. I would give them 100+ as a company to deal with.
