We just had Heritage out for an AC maintenance appt. Absolutely recommend them. Great communication, arrived as scheduled. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, answered all questions I had. Will definitely use again.

Had my A/C system checked and ready for the summer at my house here in Milford. The 2 technicians, Sheldon and Luis, were prompt, personable and very knowledgeable. The checked the two systems in my house, upstairs and in the b asement. Replaced both filters, checkeed pressure settings and topped off any fluids needed. Very satified with the service. Huge thank you to Heritage Heating & Air. Our technician's name was Andrew, and he was great, very polite, and listened carefully before he began work. Our system is really complicated, with many AC compressors, many HVAC air handlers, 7+ zones, and an integrated automation system, but he did a fantastic job and even found an issue we did not know about! On time and competitive pricing, can't recommend more - tremendous work!
