Heritage did a great job working on my AC

We just had Heritage out for an AC maintenance appt. Absolutely recommend them. Great communication, arrived as scheduled. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, answered all questions I had. Will definitely use again.

Had my A/C system checked and ready for the summer at my house here in Milford. The 2 technicians, Sheldon and Luis, were prompt, personable and very knowledgeable. The checked the two systems in my house, upstairs and in the b
asement. Replaced both filters, checkeed pressure settings and topped off any fluids needed. Very satified with the service. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you, Heritage.

Huge thank you to Heritage Heating & Air. Our technician's name was Andrew, and he was great, very polite, and listened carefully before he began work. Our system is really complicated, with many AC compressors, many HVAC air handlers, 7+ zones, and an integrated automation system, but he did a fantastic job and even found an issue we did not know about! On time and competitive pricing, can't recommend more - tremendous work!

Heritage staff was attentive and reliable. I was notified every time a technician was scheduled and the project is proceeding to full expectations. I have referred Heritage to other clients and will continue to do so.

Very professional and responsive. Full air conditioning installation at my home. Everything came out perfect. High quality work at a very fair price. Couldn’t be more pleased!

The crew called while on their way within the morning timeframe and again on arrival. They were very professional and introduced themselves then we looked at the location of the installation. They took the time to explain what their plans were for the job and about how much time it would take to complete.
