The woman who answered the phone was friendly, helpful and booked a technician to service my AC unit the same day I called. The technician arrived on time, determined what needed to be repaired and had my AC up and running within an hour. I was very pleased.

Andrew did a great job fixing our A/C unit. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Finding the issue straight away he efficiently fixed the problem and in no time our A/C was back running. Appointment was made easily and meeting/speaking with Sarah Casey (Part owner) was a pleasure. We would recommend Heritage to anyone having issues with their A/C. Our A/C went out during a 90 degree day while I was traveling, and my wife was home with our twin newborns trying to keep the house comfortable.
