The crew called while on their way within the morning timeframe and again on arrival. They were very professional and introduced themselves then we looked at the location of the installation. They took the time to explain what their plans were for the job and about how much time it would take to complete. After completion we review the work and I was impressed with the detail and how clean the job site was. Would definitely recommend Heritage Heating & Air for any HVAC needs.
